π Ownership: When we take ownership of our actions, we acknowledge our role in creating our reality. We empower ourselves to learn from mistakes, make positive changes, and grow stronger. πͺ
π« Blame: On the other hand, blame shifts responsibility away from ourselves. It keeps us stuck and limits us, preventing us from moving forward and creating the life we desire. π

Hey there, goal-getters! π« Today, in this virtual workshop, let's dive into the art of breaking down your goals into actionable steps. Grab your notebook, think of your next goal, and follow these steps... Whether you're aiming for career success, personal growth, or fitness achievements, breaking down your goals is the secret sauce to making progress and achieving success! π―
Here's a simple breakdown to get you started:
1οΈβ£ Define Your Goal: Start by clearly defining your goal. What do you want to achieve? Make sure your goal is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). For example, instead of saying "I want to get fit," a SMART goal could be "I want to reduce my weight 10 pounds in three months by exercising three times a week and following a healthy diet."
2οΈβ£ Break It Down into Milestones: Divide your weight loss goal into smaller milestones or mini-goals. What specific actions will help you progress towards your target weight? For instance, key steps might include meal planning, increasing physical activity, and tracking your progress regularly.
3οΈβ£ Set Deadlines: Assign deadlines to each step to keep yourself accountable and on track. When do you aim to complete each step? Setting deadlines helps create a sense of urgency and motivates you to take action.

β¨ The Vision Board Party last Thursday was AMAZING! Thank you Elizabeth McCollum for gathering your sweet friends for this event. β€οΈ We started the evening in the Salt Room - thank you Peggy Pushor Breathe Halotherapy Wellness Center - while talking about all things mindset and vision board. π Then, we headed to the party room and we all helped each other find images, words, phrases, numbers and symbols from magazines, etc. to cover their vision boards with all their goals and dreams! π«
What a fun evening! I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet all these wonderful women! π€©π
