✏️ Not every student can use a traditional pencil, but every student can write!

Students don't need to know all the letters of the alphabet to begin writing, they just need access to them. Alternative pencils are any tool that provides an individual with access to all 26 letters of the alphabet. This removes the barrier of traditional handwriting to access letters.

✅ Writing doesn't have to be right!

In errorless free-writing, any text a student produces is given a response, thoughtful expansion, and a meaningful connection to ideas, not correction.

📆 Writing development is opportunity-dependent!

Pair daily opportunities to free-write with errorless writing, and students can focus on generating ideas instead of avoiding mistakes.
