Congratulations to our fearless leader, Heather Zepp!! This year we celebrate Heather’s Acro career spanning 35 years!! She has been an athlete, coach, judge and Region 4 director. Heather has made an impact on hundreds of people over the years. Her love of this sport goes without question. She has dedicated her life to sharing Acrobatic Gymnastics with the world. We appreciate everything she has done for the sport!!!

Sorry for the delay and blurry image. Last week was our 2026 Missouri State championship meet. Every year, as a region, we recognize our athletes who have hit milestones in their Acro career. This year we recognized Amelia who has been a part of our team for 5 years! She has become a great athlete and leader for our team and we are happy to have her on our team!! Look out for great things from this one!!
