Fashion Camp at University of South Carolina Fashion Camp at USC is for budding fashionistas who want to get a foothold in the fashion industry. Fabrics, trims, notions, sewing supplies are all included.

Fashion Camp at USC is the only fashion camp in the South and the only camp in the world where kids can learn from a professional designer to make their own patterns and designs in fashionable stretch fabrics Led by British designer, Louise Hudson, it is a one week fashion design and construction program for kids aged 10-18. During the intensive week of Project Runway-style challenges, the campers

will learn everything from threading a needle, hand sewing, sketching designs, making patterns, choosing fabrics, cutting out their designs and sewing on three different types of machines including sergers. They will outfit themselves from top to toe during the week, creating their own design plus accessories. Louise gives motivational instruction and the campers have free rein to let their creativity flow. For the ultimate design direction, campers can also join in Louise Hudson's sewing school, taking year round lessons in every aspect of clothing construction.
