Hey all!

We hope you are having a fantastic last week before thanksgiving break! This week is also UFWH’s National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week! In honor of that and the upcoming holidays, UFWH-Mizzou is hosting a FRIENDSGIVING this Wednesday, November 20th, 6pm-7pm in Memorial Union room S204. We will have free food and plenty of time to mingle! The only thing we ask is for you to bring 1 or more canned good(s) with you as admission into the event, as this will double as a drive for Tiger Pantry, to help community members in the holiday season.

Please RSVP at the link below, and we hope to see you all there!

See y’all there! 😊

We hope everyone enjoys the holiday with family and friends!

We honor the celebration of Independence Day as a mission that is not yet over. As global change-makers, we hope to work every day to improve the lives of the people who live next door. May we honor the past, fight for a just future, and enjoy the company of loved ones.

Universities Fighting World Hunger-Mizzou (UFWH-Mizzou), Tiger Pantry and Sustain Mizzou partnered with the Razorback Food Recovery (FRN) at the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville) and the Campus Kitchen (CK) at St. Louis University for an online workshop on reducing food waste and ending hunger.

Curious about how FRNs and CKs operate?
This workshop will delve into the specifics of these successful programs at the University of Arkansas and St. Louis University, giving you valuable insights and practical strategies you can implement on your own campus.

This workshop is perfect for you if:
* You're passionate about reducing food waste and ending hunger.
* You're interested in starting an FRN or CK chapter or something similar on your campus.
