We'll be sprucing up our neighborhood on April 8, as part of Clean Up Columbia. Pick up trash bags at 212 N. Williams St. starting at 9 am, and deposit full bags on major street corners. Tell your friends and neighbors! See you on the street!

The Benton Stephens downzoning request was approved by consent at the Columbia City Council meeting held on February 20, 2017.

As the new year begins, many homeowners have petitioned to downzone 35 Benton Stephens lots to R-1 or R-2, thus securing these properties for single-family housing. The properties include owner-occupied and rental homes throughout the neighborhood. In February, the Columbia City Council will review the Planning and Zoning Commission's unanimous approval. Stay tuned!
