Power Alley Closing at 2:30 today (Saturday, November 30, 2024).

Hello, we are excited to announce one final round of the Midwest Elite Performance speed and strength training before the season kicks off. The dates are February 11, 18, and 25 as well as March 4 at the Power Alley. This is a great opportunity for athletes to add some last minute speed and strength as well as fine tune motor patterns before the season starts in March/April. The cost is $100 for all 4 sessions or $30 per session. Classes will be capped so please sign up as soon as possible.
