Feminist Student Union
Feminists together are stronger than feminists apart! We are open to any observations or opinions.
Also known as FSU, the Feminist Student Union is an intersectional, inclusive feminist organization on the University of Missouri campus that promotes advocacy, activism, and education surrounding feminist issues in our community and beyond. Getting involved with FSU is a great way to learn more about feminism, meet other like-minded people, and become a grassroots activist.

Remember, valuing the lives of women should be an everyday process that leads to equitable policies, infrastructure, employment, healthcare, government and the list continues. If you truly care, educate yourself on issues that affect women. And if the only issue you think is important is the pay gap, reevaluate your thinking.
So in honor of International Womenâs Day, here are some pieces to explore. Remember, if your feminism is not intersectional, it isnât feminism.

Additionally, for those who are wondering about our stance on the âA Day Without A Womanâ protest:
We recognize that since the protest requires women to sacrifice a day of labor and shopping, it may not be accessible to non-privileged groups of women. However, we also recognize that most of the strides made within womenâs movements were made by unrecognized, non-privileged and vulnerable women of the population. What are your thoughts on this protest and topic? Comment below and share your thoughts. Please also maintain respect within this discussion. We reserve the right to remove any comment we deem offensive or off topic.
