Tip Tuesday: Routines Make a Big Difference!

As summer begins to wind down, now is the perfect time to start easing back into a routine before the school year begins.

Children thrive when they know what to expect. Even a simple daily routine can help reduce stress, improve sleep, build confidence, and make the transition back to school much smoother.

Here are a few easy ideas:
-Start the day with a consistent wake-up time.
-Set aside time for reading or learning each day.
-Make time for active play.
-Eat meals around the same time.
-Create a calming bedtime routine.

Small, consistent habits today can make those first weeks of school much less overwhelming—for both kids and parents.

Notes:
- Times are not approximate. They are when jobs start and end. Please allow for travel time.

- If you don’t see a date open or have questions feel free to message me. Some families are flexible. Please note that dates and time are subjected to change without notice.

- Friday/Saturday Availability Schedule is for anytime after 5:00pm.

- Friday/Saturday Evening jobs will have to be at least 4 hours in length, unless noted otherwise. If you come back early/before the 4 hours you will be charged for the entire time you originally booked me.

- Friday/Saturday Evening jobs will NOT be accepted until I have a start and tentative end time.

- Friday/Saturday Evening jobs will not happen if parents stay in, or will be charged a $50 additional fee if they do after they schedule.

- Please watch how many times you use me on a Friday/Saturday Evening in a 3 month span. I know you all want Mr. B but sharing is caring and I have friends who provide care as well.

- I have the right to decline a job based on length.
