Have you heard of the term myofascial “sling”? (also know as line, train, etc).

What are they and what are they made up of? What do they do? How do they function in your body? How can they effect your risk for injury and/or overall performance?

All these questions and more will be answered over the next few weeks in our Myofascial Sling series!

We will go in detail about:
-what muscles are in each sling?
-how does it function?
-what are some movement dysfunctions with each sling?
-stretches for each sling
-AND exercises that can help!
