Our Story

The Federation of International Butlers 5-Star Service Training and Certification Program (FIB ) was initiated in 2016, in collaboration with the BBB Accredited Business of Southern Colorado and BBB Instuite for marketplace trust with an impressive A Rating, to create well-trained and motivated professionals in the global service-driven Tourism Industry. We are also the world’s only Federation for Professional Butlers.

This Oustanding partnership was launched in 2018 to deliver training and technical assistance to workers in the tourism industry, particularly in the small and medium enterprises sector to meet the current industry needs as to provide the capacity to continue training, by certifying trainers as well as supervisory level Certified Training Institutes.

Our Innovative Online and In-person Curriculum for Personalized Service Was developed after years of in-depth research on education and how students learn. We use these innovative curriculums to customize each student’s learning plan to meet his or her specific educational needs and interests. Students are able to learn in a manner that works best for them, improving learning comprehension and retention, while also helping to make learning a more positive experience for students, In addition to the curriculums, The Federation of International Butlers utilize a variety of hands-on instructional materials including textbooks, workbooks, DVDs, CDs and more in order to provide every student with a comprehensive learning experience.

The Federation of International Butlers & The Academy of Butler Service Award has awarded over 30 Professionals and organizations, who have to showcase the highest level of professionalism & outstanding 5-Star service standards around the globe.
