🔧 WEEKEND WRAP-UP 🔧

To everyone who busted knuckles, beat the heat, hauled gear, wired panels, poured concrete, fixed leaks, or just plain showed up and got it done…

👏 You crushed it.

The trades never stop—but we hope you got a cold drink, a hot shower, and at least one nap with your boots still on.

Here’s to the ones who keep the world running. Monday’s coming, but tonight, we rest. 🍻

💬 Motivation Monday 💬
The road to success isn’t always straight.
It’s the twists and turns that shape the journey.

The setbacks, the detours, the moments that test your patience — they’re not signs to turn back.
They’re the very parts of the journey that build resilience, grit, and growth.

Progress rarely follows a perfect line.
Some days you’ll feel like you’re moving sideways or even backward.
But every twist teaches you something. Every climb builds character.

Stay on the road.
Trust the process.
And remember: the best views usually come after the hardest switchbacks.

🚨 **Mike Rowe rings the alarm on America’s disappearing skilled workers.**

At a Detroit dinner, the Dirty Jobs host revealed:

🔧 70,000 open jobs in auto and collision repair sit unfilled
📉 Each year, for every 5 tradespeople retiring, only 2 take their place
🎯 National defense needs 140,000 skilled workers over the next 7 years

Rowe also highlighted more than 7 million working-age Americans not even looking for work—while college grads carry $1.7T in debt and jobs that don’t require four-year degrees go begging .

⚠️ The problem? Shop classes are gone, cultural pressure leads everyone to college, and trades are being overlooked.

It’s time to bring back real skills, celebrate tradespeople, and rebuild training programs. 💪
