Monday Musings!

Do you wonder what Home Schooling looks like? It really can look like anything depending on your family dynamic, academic needs and schedules.
Today my youngest was participating in a free, live on-line art camp, getting instruction, adding his own flair and having fun! And yes, sitting at the kitchen table so I could help as needed (he didn’t need my help. 😂)
This is just one way we homeschool!

PSA: As some of you know there’s been a lot of adventures 😅 happening at the Shea house, which has altered my schedule, along with summer activities. So in order to meet the needs of my clients and give the best service I can, as well as my family, I’ve decided to take the next two weeks off to get us all ready for Fall 2026. There’s a lot of different things in the works both personally and professionally!

Therefore, Shamrock Shea Education Services LLC will resume tutoring and all other services starting August 6th unless you have spoken to me for another arrangement.

Enjoy the rest of your summer and I hope everyone has a wonderful back to school experience, whatever that looks like for you, in the next few months! 📖📝📓🏫🖌️🖍️📐👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Let’s celebrate WINS for this week, month or year! Whatever you want to shout out.

For me, it’s seeing my profoundly dyslexic AudHd son READING! He’s worked so hard to get to this point. He’s reading everything and anything. Next step will be chapter books and then writing! One step at a time and at his pace. 💙

Encourage reading aloud, in all forms; to one-self, as couples, as a family, to siblings, friends. There is so much benefit to reading aloud at any age!

Let’s normalize reading aloud to one another!
