The UCCS Department of Computer Science would like to welcome Professor Philip Brown who received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Brown is a Colorado native and attended the University of Colorado Boulder, and Georgia Institute of Technology before beginning his doctorate degree. His work includes Game Theory, the effects of human decision-making on the performance of engineered systems, incentive mechanisms, cyber-physical systems, design and applications of blockchain systems.
