It’s easy to talk about airlines in terms of routes, prices, and schedules. But at its core, this industry is built on people. Dedicated professionals who work early mornings, late nights, holidays, and everything in between. People who take pride in what they do and care deeply about the passengers they serve.

Moments like this remind us how fragile the industry can be shaped by economic pressures, changing demand, and constant uncertainty. But more importantly, they remind us to lead with empathy.
