It’s not uncommon to workout and still be over weight. Your body’s ability to let go of weight is ruled by your blood sugar.
Often a client will tell me their doctor told them their blood sugar is too high and they need to lose weight to avoid being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
The thing is losing weight won’t necessarily lower your blood sugar,although your weight issues could be because of your high blood sugar.
Women commonly search for diet pills,detox teas and easy fixes because they want weight loss.
But if the foods you become accustom to have given you high blood sugar- wouldn’t only make sense to focus on this element first?!

There’s not a diet on the market that’s going to give you sustainable weight loss if you can’t stick with it.
That’s why I don’t teach weight loss from a “dieting” perspective-it doesn’t serve you long term.
A lot of people are surprised when I speak of my past weight/food issues and how effortless I live my life after losing 85lbs.
