THIS WEEKEND ONLY!! Come see "Soliloquy," the fall dance showcase at UCCS! A student-led prodiction featuring thrilling dances created by four different choreographers as well as a couple screendances directed by some of our faculty.

Our Theatre and Dance community celebrates the life of AJ Turner, a talented student whose passion for musical theatre touched everyone who had the joy of knowing him.

AJ’s love for the stage was matched only by his creativity and warm personality. Whether writing his own music, experimenting with make up, or stepping into the spotlight in our production of Cats, he brought a genorousity of spirit, humor, and an unmistakable spark to every show. His physical comedy and boundless energy could fill a room, but it was his kindness that truly left a mark on those around him.

Among his peers and faculty, AJ was a friend, collaborator, and a bright light whose presence made creative work more meaningful.
Though his time with us was far too short, AJ’s artistry and compassion continue to resonate through the music he wrote, the laughter he inspired, and the hearts he touched. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
