Lari Dee Guy and Emily Beisel made their trips to Claremore, OK count, leaving the Will Rogers Stampede as breakaway roping and barrel racing champions, respectively!

Lari Dee Guy will also receive a qualification to the "Daddy of 'em All" - Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo with her 2.2 second win!

As we gear up for the Summer Run, our WPRA Cowgirls have been looking to punch their ticket to the "Daddy of 'em All" - the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo!

This past weekend the Colorado Stampede in Grand Junction, CO offered that opportunity to both a barrel racer and breakaway roper and Colorado Cowgirls Brittany Fellows and Taya McAdow came in clutch winning the rodeo and their qualification to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo!

JJ Hampton joined the WPRA in 1991 and she has made herself right at home over the last 35 years!

With 17 WPRA World Titles, JJ has earned the title "CHAMP"! Between 1994 and 2000, she defined "All-Around", winning 3 Breakaway Roping World Titles, 4 Tie-Down World Titles, 4 Team Roping World Titles, and 6 WPRA All-Around World Titles.

Since the very beginning of the WPRA in 1948, our association has been filled with legends, and JJ Hampton is absolutely one of those legends!

For many of our WPRA members, rodeo is just one aspect of their lives! We want to congratulate all of those WPRA cowgirls graduating alongside Josie to include those High School Rodeo athletes who are looking forward to their WPRA Permits!

You had to be on your game in Killeen, TX if you were going to take home any earnings this past weekend! Only 4 hundredths of a second separated 1st and 3rd place, but Emma Kate Parr comes out on top with a 16.62 second run.

Looking back at last season, Rodeo Killeen was awarded the Justin Best Footing Award in the Texas Circuit and the Medium Rodeo of the Year Award during the 2025 WPRA Committee and Contract Awards!

The current #1 Breakaway Roper in this year's WPRA Standings Hali Williams splits the win with Kamie Jo Crouse at the Liberty Hill Pro Rodeo. Both were lightning fast, catching in just 1.7 seconds to be crowned co-champions!
