Today I will share 25+ timeless ways to be healthy. These are basic. They are free. You don't have to do all the things to be healthy. Honestly, it's impossible to keep up on what the world around us says we "need" to do to be healthy. But you can do something today to improve your health.
Listen in and choose one or two to implement for the next week. Also give yourself a pat on the back for the things you are already doing. YAY!
