One of my favorite quotes from Master Yoda to lighten everyone's day! We are more than our physical, mental, and emotional limitations! We are luminous beings!

Closure is a gift of grace we offer to ourselves. It is an acknowledgment that we did the best we could with what we had. It is permission to not remain where we have been. It is freedom to move forward and try again unfettered by the failures of the past.

There is ALWAYS a Way to get from where we are to where we want to be in our lives! There is always a way forward, a way upward, a way onward; there is always a way through, a way around, or a way out. It does not matter how we long we have felt stuck or trapped or how many times we have tried in the past -- there is always a way! Laozi said: "A journey of a thousand leagues begins with a single step -- the one underfoot." 老子曰：千里之行始于足下。
