Having a birth plan gives you greater control over your birth experience and provides peace of mind.
Then, when the baby arrives and you are sent home to care for this helpless little human, you realize you there are so many more decisions that need to be made 😦
You're overwhelmed and exhausted but you still have to deal with visitors, making sure you have food to eat, keeping up with household chores, scheduling appointments, etc.
But don't worry! I can help you come up with a postpartum plan that will put you back in control 💪
Send me a message if you want to find out how!
