We have been gearing up to celebrate the month of April because it is the month of the military child. Our Eielson FCC team is planning a fantastic event to celebrate our kiddos. Each one of the homes in our group is hard at work on special projects as our contribution. Here are some clues as to what we are contributing!!

Hello Families! I am opening for date nights this month.

Monday February 14th- 4 slots (2 and older)
Thursday February 17th- 4 slots (2 and older)
Saturday February 26th- 4 slots (2 and older)

I will be open from 1700-2030. Dinner will be served. We will have a craft, games and a pre-approved movie.

Our garden has turned into a jungle!

Let them get a little bored! Not but 5 minutes ago they were sad and said they were bored. This lead to a fantastic discovery!! The magnetic tiles stick to the door!!!! Other kiddos are building dinosaur traps. So I say again, let them get bored. Their minds are full of creative potential! We just need to provide the space and tools for them to harness it. Happy Friday everyone!

Gardening a few weeks ago was a huge success! The plants are doing great!

We found a fallen robin nest today. We talked about how the eggs looked like the babies had hatched a long time ago. We thought about how they are flying around happy and safe! Taking every opportunity to learn about the world around us.
