So if anyone wonders why i haven't posted any projects in awhile its for good reason. Last year, half my home was destroyed. This included the portion that housed my studio. My supplies and furniture were either destroyed or had to be packed up while we did demolition and construction.

Insurance covered only a portion so we've been doing the work ourselves. This included redoing an entire bathroom taking it completely down to stud, removing all contents and adding a new sink, cabinet, toilet, walls, flooring and tiling a new shower. The walls in my bedroom and studio were taken down to stud and had to be hund with new sheetrock, flooring torn up and re-laid. Both mine and my husbands closets were destroyed and thus our shoes and much clothing.

I am happy to say that 90% of the hard work is done and I've started unpacking what survived and seeing up my new studio. My very talented dad has made a custom work desk for me which I am loving. I just need another week or so, and then hope to start cranking out projects to post! I cannot say how much I have missed scrapbooking. CAn't wait to start. Wondering if I will be rusty or will the creative juices be flowing? I''ll find out soon!

Hey scrapbooking friends. I am in need of a massage therapists for a MOPS event. If you have one you've used for crops, can you pass this email along? They need their own chair/table, and pay is $50 for 2 hours giving 10 minute massages. Thanks!
