The Abbott Family Leadership Conference has been a Memorial Student Center program at Texas A&M University since 1995.
The Abbott Family Leadership Conference is a five day leadership conference for Sophomores and Juniors at Texas A&M University that focuses on ethics, values, service, and the importance of family. Each year approximately 70 Aggie students (an equal number of males and females) are chosen as delegates to the Abbott conferences. The students are challenged to examine their personal value system and

We had so much to celebrate last night at our Director Reveal!
To all our 2021-2022 staff, thank you for all you’ve done. To all our new 2022-2023 staff, we can’t wait to see where you take this conference over the next 12 months. MSC Abbott is in great hands.
And to next year’s future delegates, you have a lot to get excited for!

Next up for director spotlight is Elsbeth Chow! 💫⭐️
Elsbeth is a junior biology major and, in addition to MSC Abbott, has been involved on campus and in our community through MEDLIFE, MSC LT Jordan, Youth Impact, and Impact Retreat. She will be returning to the San Antonio conference as Director of Programs!
Some of her favorite things include dark chocolate peanut butter cups, coffee (specifically cold brew with oat milk), going on walks, and watching Mamma Mia!
“Elsbeth is a bold and personable leader. She is selfless to her core and her mind is constantly set on how she can best serve others. By carrying herself with kindness and humility, she is the epitome of a servant leader. Any and every team is better because of Elsbeth.”
This year’s staff wouldn’t be the same without Elsbeth! We are so grateful for her!
