Are you telling me you don’t want anymore mindset and wellness tips?? 😦

I'm just kidding... Who wouldn't want to learn more on how to improve their mindset and wellness journey?

Imagine what could be possible if you improved just these two areas of your life!

If you added journaling to your daily routine it will help your productivity, overall mood and health, as well as your focus! Sounds pretty good right?

Well here is how you can start implementing this into your life. If you are brand new to journaling, I suggest you start with 10 minutes a day for a week and then up the time each week.

Before you start journaling set an intention on what you want to learn, heal, or understand. Set a timer and do not stop until the timer goes off! You should start to feel a difference after a week so I encourage you to keep that momentum going!

I know this reigns true to my life! Anytime I have leaned into my pain or gone through a painful experience, I have always come out with amazing breakthroughs!

I used to be so stubborn and would try and force things to work regardless of how I felt.

This led to massive heart break, losing jobs, and huge mistakes.

This resulted in me learning from those experiences and realizing something hard to change in order to get results I wanted.

I actually feel true happiness now. I am pursing my passion and purpose and it is so fulfilling. I no longer mask who I am to make others feel better. I live and speak my truths which can be extremely empowering.

If you are in a point in your life where you feel like you can’t get over that wall, I encourage you to lean into the wall and what the past attempts to get over that wall look like. What’s not working?

Please remember you are not alone. I have been though this and so have many many others. We are all connected and we can all learn and grow from each other!

It’s so easy for us to ask the disempowering questions.

What if I fail? What if I get hurt? What if I get judged? What if……

What if I am successful? What if I find love? What if i am accepted for who I am?

Today I would like to challenge you to ask the empowering questions and see if you feel the difference!

I learned so much from this book but here 3 key takeaways:

1. This book does an amazing job at sharing tips and tricks to completely change your life.

2. Creating the life we want isn’t the easy road but without a strong reason or purpose, anything in life is hard.

3. Many people learn to work for money while the wise few learn to make money work for them!

This book gave me hope for my future and for the future of others around me. It’s gives great advice on how to change your situation and mindset for success.

TRANSFORMATION FROM HELL TO HEAVEN
On the left, I was 40 pounds heavier with constant mental, emotional, and physical health issues.

I was addicted to anything that would slightly numb the massive darkness bubbling inside me.

Alcohol, ni****ne, food, social media, caffeine, people, w**d, and material things were just some of the things I used as distractions or coping mechanisms.

If I am being honest, I was absolutely miserable. 10 years of the same bad habits on and off, negative mindset, perspectives, beliefs, and emptiness.

Nothing seemed to be going right and honestly it took me a long time to learn the lessons I needed to.

I thought for the longest time that life was about surviving instead of living.

I just wanted to be happy, healthy, and thriving. I wanted to feel like I belonged in the world Instead of feeling like an outcast.

Until one day I woke up with a voice inside of me telling me to WAKE UP.

Changes needed to be made or I was going to wake up with another 10 years of regret passing by.

I didn’t know the difference in what I believed vs what I was told to believe. I was basically a human robot.

I started listening to podcasts, working out, eating clean, speaking daily affirmations, journaling, meditating, deeply listening to others, taking cold showers, nature walks, and fully embracing my true self.

I stopped trying to numb or cope and I started taking control of my life. No more lying to myself. No more masking who I am to make someone else feel comfortable.

Since these changes I actually FEEL healthy for the first time in what feels like forever.

My life changed when I started TRULY loving myself. I don’t claim to be perfect. . I love everything about myself and I am so grateful I have the opportunity to be better daily.

If anyone else is out there struggling, please know you are not alone. Please don’t loose hope and keep pushing though. If you don’t want to do it on your own, ask for help. Sadly I let my ego run the show and I was too scared to ask for help.

You are never alone, you are always enough, and you are worthy of a happy life.

I love you and I hope you know you are amazing!
