Student Teacher Spotlight:
Mr. Ryan Frank is a current student teacher from Texas A&M University at Klein Collins High School in Klein ISD. While student teaching, he had the opportunity to teach Floral Design, Food Technology & Safety, Wildlife, Equine Science, and observed Advanced Agricultural Mechanics.

For future student teachers, he would advise. "1 Go into your student teaching experience eggar to learn as much as you can and make as many connections as you can. 2 Get to know the school staff outside of the ag department. They will become a huge support system when it comes to working with your students. 3 DO NOT STRESS. This is only a short period of time in your life; you will have plenty of time to accomplish everything you need to, so have fun with it while you can!"

Today, we wrapped up our final conference with the Spring 2020 student teaching cohort. While this semester didn’t go as planned, each of them made the most of a difficult situation and stepped in to ensure their students received quality instruction at a distance. The Agricultural Science faculty and staff are so proud of these Aggie Ag Teachers and we are excited to watch them begin their teaching careers.
