Be f*cking intentional! When it comes to setting goals you MUST be intentional.

Be intentional with exactly the goal that you want to accomplish.

Be intentional with executing on the work and what needs to be accomplished to achieve that goal!

Be intentional about removing those people, things, habits, etc. from your life that may be a detriment to you achieving, this goal!

I absolutely love the process of prep! It’s grueling. It’s hard. It’s lonely AF! But it’s absolutely worth it in the end.
