Each year, Fernan 5th graders celebrate the end of elementary school with a field trip to Silverwood Theme Park—a day filled with fun and a chance to see STEM careers in action!

This year's opportunity required extra funds and was made possible through the hard work of our 5th Grade Leadership Team in partnership with Mr. Kendra, Miss Carrie, the PTA, parents and many incredible volunteers who helped raise the funds needed.

We would like to give a very special and heartfelt THANK YOU to Lifestyle Physical Therapy for generously covering the remaining balance to meet this year’s 5th grade goal.

We are truly grateful for your support to our Fernan STEM Academy 5th graders and their Silverwood field trip!

This year’s PTA Spring Fair is just around the corner! April 25th from 10-2 at Fernan you don’t want to miss this FREE event with over three mega bounce houses, hot food, free snow cones, scavenger hunts, face painting, and 50+ raffle items + a silent auction with some special items.

You can already purchase limited raffle items for our Big Ticket items, a Playstation 5, $1000 Costco Gift Card, and Professional Family Photos via the link in our bio.

The Fernan STEM Academy PTA is excited to host it’s annual Spring Fair on April 25th from 10-2 to build commuity and raise money for our kids. We want YOU to be there!

We will have huge bounce houses for the kids, a scavenger hunt, hot food, snow cones, free coffee, free treats, a few bigger silent auction items and lots more raffle items. You don’t want to miss the biggest party of the year!

Prior to the event, we weill open an online auction for a few amazing raffle items. These will go live in mid-March. Stay tuned.

Regardless if you’re there to chat, jump or try to win some raffles, it’s a fun event for all!

All proceeds raised at this event go back to supporting our kids’ education!

Hello Fernan families!

Every year, Giving Tuesday offers the opportunity to give to causes we care deeply about. Today, December 2nd, we invite you to consider donating to Fernan STEM PTA to reach our goal of $5,000 (a $14.28 average donation per child) raised during "The Giving Letter" campaign. We are currently at $2,650 or our $5,000 goal from the generosity of just FIVE donors.

100% OF DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO FERNAN STEM ACADEMY.

"The Giving Letter" which went out in take-home folders during break, is the Fernan STEM PTA’s once-a-year, direct and impactful fundraising ask to our school community. No community event, no baking cookies - just a simple ask to contribute to your child’s education. Any amount, big or small, you are able to contribute helps us reach our annual goal.

Third graders Liam Lavine and Thomas Holom were anything but coy Tuesday as they explained how Fernan STEM Academy's aquaponics system works. It all begins with the fish, what they eat and the organic waste they generate.
