Came home from sailing to my restock of locally made salve! I use this for everything. Sunburn, cuticles, lips, poison ivy...you name it and I'll hand you one of these salves. 💞

I had the honor and a great time today talking with highschool sophomores and juniors about leadership, competition mentality, how our language affects our performance, and defining success.

Every year I partner with coaches to bring outside influence and inspiration to teams and athletes. DM me if you're interested!

It was also really fun to show these athletes video of world cup and traditional ice climbing! We might have a few takers!
