Always Together, Never Alone Always Together, Never Alone is a safe, non-judgemental group for those recovering from eating disorders.

We strive to provide solid networking, education, and advice for any individual and also offer weekly support group chats for members. Always Together, Never Alone is all about making sure that those fighting against eating disorders have a positive place to turn to when things are both good or bad. The founder of ATNA, Sarah Montes, is in long-term recovery from anorexia and also a third-year psy

chology student studying abnormal behavior. The aim of our weekly group chats is to provide members of our Never Alone group with a consistent place to talk about their struggles and get advice and encouragement from others. It is a non-judgemental place to express your feelings, fears, and struggles as well as all the good in your life. Another important aspect of Always Together, Never Alone is early intervention and prevention of eating disorder. We firmly believe that by intervening in the early onset of disordered behaviors with food, exercise, and body image, we can help prevent people from developing a full-blown eating disorder. We aim to educate parents, friends, and other important individuals about the signs and symptoms of an eating disorder and how to help.
