First tip on my page. It’s hard there’s so many! When feeling tension in your body, we are often told to relax our muscles. That works, but there’s more! We forget about our bones! I want to tell you, when you’re feeling tension in your shoulders, don’t tell yourself to drop your shoulders - tell yourself to drop into your bones. Your bones are just as responsible for movement in your body as your muscles are, and we forget that. And when you tell yourself simply to drop into your bones, just one little layer of tension releases from your muscles. Try it!
