You can be incredibly efficient at a life you never chose.

Swipe through, because episode 102 is live and this one is the one I needed to hear myself say out loud.

We spend so much time asking how to do things better, faster, smoother.

And almost no time asking whether we even want the thing we’re optimising.

You can fool yourself til the cows come home!

But you cannot fool the universe.

After all the eclipse lessons, chaos and disturbance…………enjoy some soothing, water lapping sounds.

This was recorded on the full moon eclipse, on the beautiful river Findhorn.

No AI. No five steps. No I’ve never told anyone this before.
No link in bio. No funnel to a sales page.

Just a moment in time that brought an exhale to me, so am sharing with you. 🖤

It’s not a productivity problem. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Swipe through because if you’re a high achiever who’s busy all day and still feels like you’re not moving, this episode is directly for you.

Episode 101 is live.

You don’t have a strategy problem.

You don’t have a discipline problem.

You don’t need to get up earlier or hustle harder.

The question worth asking is a different one entirely.

Do you even still want the thing you’re working so hard for?

Episode 100. 🥂🎉

We got here.
It wasn’t always a straight road, but we got here.

And what better episode to land on than this one.

Swipe through because we’re talking about capacity.

Not the time or energy kind.

The kind that decides what you’re allowed to have.

You can hustle for years.

You can hit the ceiling.

You can even break through it.

But if you don’t have the capacity to hold what’s on the other side?

You already know what happens next.

***NEW MOON IN LEO***

A new moon that carries the potency of twenty new moons!

Which moon message speaks loudest to you?

08/05/2026

Your intuition isn’t always the loudest.

But it is the first.

Before the logic steps in.
Before the doubt takes over.
Before that voice you hear with all the reasons you can’t.

Two seconds.

Before the noise kicks in.
Before all the made up 💩 and stories begin.

Those first two seconds = divine mind = the quantum field communicating as one with you.

Learning how to filter that from the 99% made up 💩 = pure gold

Catching those two seconds IS the work.

Ready to learn how? Comment yes please!

***FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS***

A potent full moon revealing the things you’re still hanging onto.

The attachments.

The fear of the unknown that is to come.

The version of you that no longer exists.

Ready to stop morphing into someone else so you’re more palatable to those you outgrew long ago?

Eeesh. Stop that 💩 right now!

Time to let go to let in!

That story you’re telling yourself?

It’s not a fact. It never was.

Swipe through because episode 99 is live and we’re going into the stories.

The ones you can hear yourself saying out loud.

And the quiet sneaky ones running everything in the background that you don’t even clock anymore.

It’s never really been about the story.

It’s the authority you’ve been giving it over your life.

You are not who they told you you are. ❤️

Swipe through. Because this one is the beginning of everything.

Episode 98 is live. It’s the start of the 10-part miniseries and we’re kicking it off exactly where we need to. Identity.

Every label. Every story. Every oh, that’s just who I am........Somebody gave you that. And you picked it up without even realising.

The question isn’t where did it come from.

The question is: are you still carrying it?
