It was almost 1pm before I realized I hadn’t eaten.
Dinner prep for later, snacks for my toddler, dishes everywhere…and that quiet feeling of overwhelm creeping in.
The kind where you just want to shut the door and cry for a minute.
This is the part of motherhood we don’t always talk about. The mental load. The constant doing. The never ending list.
So if today felt like a lot…I see you.
And you’re doing better than you think. 🫶🏼

I wanted to reintroduce myself for anyone who’s new here and honestly, even for those who’ve been here for a while.
I’m a mom first. And if you’re a mom too, you already know…motherhood changes everything.
Your time, your energy, your identity…it all shifts.
And while that can feel heavy sometimes, it can also be the thing that pushes you to become the strongest, most intentional version of yourself.
Over the years, I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish…it’s necessary.
Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Because when I feel strong, clear, and grounded…
everything else in my life runs a little smoother.
My focus now is helping moms feel that same way.
Through simple, realistic fitness.
Through daily habits that actually fit into your life.
And through creating space to feel like you again not just “mom.”
If you’ve been feeling a little off lately…
exhausted, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself…
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay there.

Anxiety as a mom hits different.
Because the world doesn’t stop when you’re overwhelmed…you still have to show up, care for everyone, keep going.
So I’ve learned to build in small things that help me feel grounded and these from have been one of those lately.

It’s Friday and I just feel…overwhelmed in the best way.
Today I got to watch my son receive an award for the 3rd quarter and last night he scored 3 runs. The smile on his face? That’s everything to me.
And the fact that I was able to be there, in the middle of the day, not stressed about asking for time off…that’s something I don’t take lightly.
This is exactly why I’m building what I’m building.
A life where I can show up for these moments without having to choose between work and my kids.
And my girl…she’s becoming her own little person and growing up so fast. She’s about to be three, but some days I swear she’s going on six.
I’m sitting here reflecting on it all, how far I’ve come in almost 6 years of motherhood. The growth, the hard days, the figuring it out as I go…and now stepping into a new opportunity that I truly believe is going to change everything.
I’m just in awe of this life.
The messy, beautiful, emotional, meaningful life I get to live.
It honestly brings tears to my eyes writing this…because I feel so incredibly blessed. And if you’ve read this far, you’re the real MVP 🫶🏼
