It’s finally official now that our baby girl has celebrated her 8th bday with friends this weekend!🎉
It was a week long celebration with family dinner out (Mexican, her fave) a day early, special day of fun with brother at Kids Empire & then her choice for lunch with daddy on her actual bday, then Axolotl-themed pool party with friends from school to finish it off.🥰
🤍 Emmie girl, I can’t believe my baby is EIGHT! You are so incredibly special and so fun to celebrate. You bring joy to our lives in ways we didn’t even realize we needed. You are so full of life, s***k, character, creativity, laughter, and sass.🤣 Like you always tell us and people you love, “You make my days brighter.” You truly are a bright light that shines so beautifully and brings more fun and color to our every day.
You challenge us in the best ways and although we don’t always appreciate that now (God continues to work on our hearts!), I know the things we struggle with now will be the best things about you that make you such a bold leader for the Lord some day. Your confidence amazes me!🤩 Your love and care for others is so sweet to witness. You will never fly under the radar because you stand out in ways I never could. You won’t let anyone walk all over you and I don’t worry about you sticking up for yourself when you truly need to. You’re strong, independent, brave, thoughtful, bright, silly, social, sweet, a loving little sis, and so much more. It has been a blessing to watch you blossom this year and I can’t wait to see what this next year has in store. You make us proud in so many ways and I pray you always know how loved and treasured you are, my girl.🫶🏻
