What a FUN way to end the school year at CSD Bright Beginnings Play to Grow event! 🌺☀️

This year’s luau party was full of smiles, learning, and summer fun! Director Carolyn Green kicked things off by reading Wide Mouth Frog to all our friends. 📚🐸

Then Ms. Mya got everyone moving and grooving while teaching us about the ukulele! 🎶 Did you know a ukulele only has 4 strings? The kids loved learning about this fun instrument!

Outside playtime was packed with excitement too! Friends explored the sand table, rode the roller coaster, and enjoyed so many fun toys and activities. 🛝🏖️

Of course, no party is complete without yummy snacks and ice pops! 🍧😋

To top it all off, each child went home with a special summer fun kit to keep the learning and fun going all summer long! ☀️🩴

Today at CSD Bright Beginnings, we had such a fun and meaningful day! 💛

The principal of Liberty Hill Elementary School, Mrs. Shavon O’Brien, read us the adorable story Chick N Pug, and the children loved every minute of it. 📚🐥🐶

Then our Music Man, Mr. Brandon, taught us all about the parts of a guitar—like the neck, head, strings, frets, and the strap. 🎸 The students were excited and engaged as they learned!

After that, we headed outside for some fresh air and playtime in the sunshine. ☀️

To wrap up the day, we celebrated all of our amazing moms for Mother’s Day with a handmade hand scrub station. Each mom also took home a garden plant. 🌶️🫑🍅

A joyful day full of learning, laughter, and love!

Today at D.R.I.P– Drop In & Play at CSD Bright Beginnings was full of fun, music, and learning!

Parent educator Ms. Karen brought the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛to life as the children worked together to place each part of the story on the felt board. It was such a hands-on and engaging way to explore this beloved classic about a hungry little caterpillar’s journey to becoming a butterfly.🦋

Mr. Music Man Trey had us moving and grooving to all our favorite songs, filling the room with energy and smiles. He even introduced us to the ukulele, which was a big hit!🎶

After all the excitement, we wrapped up our time by playing and connecting with our friends.

A special thank you to Clover Main Street and the student ambassadors from Crowders Creek Elementary School for spreading kindness by leaving kindness rocks for our little eaglets to take home. Your thoughtful gesture made our day even more special! 💛

What a fun and memorable day at Happy Hooves and Feathers Farm with CSD Bright Beginnings Play to Grow! 🐴🌿

Our amazing parent educator, Ms. Amy, brought story time to life by reading The Wonky Donkey… with a REAL donkey right beside her! The kids couldn’t stop giggling and were so excited to see the story come alive in such a special way.

After story time, everyone explored the farm. The kids loved petting the animals, discovering new things around the farm, and enjoying lots of time to play together.

A special thank you to Megan Hillard, the owner of the farm, for welcoming us and making the day so wonderful!

Days like these are what learning through play is all about—hands-on, joyful, and full of unforgettable moments! 💛 🐷🐤🦙🐰

Today at CSD Bright Beginnings Play to Grow was full of fun and learning! 📚✨

We had a special story time with Rinice Sauls, Chief Human Resources Officer, who read the wonderful book Giraffes Can’t Dance. The children loved hearing about Gerald the giraffe and how being different is something to celebrate! 🦒💃

Next, our Music Man Brandon taught us all about tempo—fast, slow, and everything in between! 🎶 He played some of our favorite songs on the guitar, and we had so much fun listening, moving, and clapping along. 🎸👏

To wrap up the day, we headed outside to enjoy the sunshine and play with our friends. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and great memories made! ☀️😊
