Pamela Jean Kozan teaching Tai Chi .at our 2nd Annual Farm Fest at Peaceful Meadows. She is a wonderful teacher and we appreciate her as well as Rachael Ramirez who taught a wonderful class on eating weeds and Frank Altenritter who taught a class on Making Maple Syrup. It was a wonderful day shared by about 75 people and everyone had a good time and a delicious organic meal prepared by Melanie Marie. I did not get a picture of those three but they are beautiful people. Just a reminder that today is our Farm Fest Day. Starts at 1. Good organic food prepared with love, good Music, interesting classes and lots of gardens to stroll. We have plenty of shade teees to sit under and enjoy the afternoon. You don't need to bring anything but a Smile

We are having our 2nd annual farm to table dinner on August 26th, Sunday from 1-6. at Peaceful Meadows Farm
We would like to invite you and your family.
Includes smoked lamb and organic vegetables grown on our farm. Seating for 65. There will be shopping, classes on making maple syrup at home, Tai Chi, eating weeds for health, herbal remedies, garden strolls and much more.
Music by the Fabulous Silo Singers.
Text me at 810-730-0977 by the 15th to reserve a $15 ticket.

Smoked lamb, Greek mint sauce (for the lamb)*Balsamic green beans w/tomato and slivered almonds, Cucumber dill salad, Roasted eggplant soup, Spicy zucchini frittata, Honey roasted potatoes w/rosemary thyme, Watermelon w/fresh mint (dessert)Fresh mint truffles (dessert)

Lamb-a-Rama.....Two more Rams! They will have a beautiful life for as long as they live. However, One of the lambs will be featured in our Meat the Sheep Event and will be served with LOVE. It will be August 26th, Sunday. 1-6..Mark your calender. Classes on eating weeds, honey bees, gardening and Music from Shine Moon Mountain band, the Adkins and of course the becoming famous ...Food for Fifty Foodies dinner. Think you dont like lamb?...
A fit for foodie Vegan feast will be served.
RSVP for either a lamb or vegan dinner. Advance donation of $20 guarantees one of the 50 foodie dinners. Probably will be sold out the day of event. I look forward to sharing a peaceful easy day on the farm with you as our guest.

I really never shared how much I loved hosting our Farm To Table Event in September. I felt like I was in heaven! There was good food, music, classes, 75-100 beautiful guests strolling through the flower gardens. Every where I looked I saw love. Thank you to all who helped make this day so special. Hope to see you for next year's tweeked Farm to Table Event Sunday August 26th!
