Tomorrow marks the first competition of the 2026 season for our C-S Varsity Volleyball team as they head to Harper Creek for the Carrie Adams Tournament!

After weeks of practices, workouts and preparation, it’s finally time to step onto the court and compete. Play hard, have fun, trust each other, and bring that Panther energy from the first serve to the final point!

🏐💙💛 PANTHER VOLLEYBALL IN THE SPOTLIGHT!

The Battle Creek Enquirer included Climax-Scotts Varsity Volleyball in its 2026 area season preview, and Panther fans have plenty to be excited about!

First-year varsity head coach and C-S alum Jeanelle Longman-Pontoni takes over a Panther squad that returns six varsity players, bringing valuable experience and a strong foundation into the new season.

⭐ Senior Mackenzie Vincent returns for her third varsity season at middle blocker after earning Second Team All-League honors last year.

⭐ Senior Kendal Reitz also enters her third varsity season and will help lead the Panther attack at outside hitter.

Coach Pontoni summed up the potential of this group perfectly:

💬 “We have the experience, the offensive strength, and the fight to make this season special.”

Now it’s time to put it all together.

We’re excited to watch this team compete, grow and see just how far they can take it this season!

There’s something special about watching the bigs invest in the littles. 💙💛🏈

Panther Youth Football Camp was about so much more than learning the game. Our older Panthers showed up to teach, encourage, demonstrate, and help the next generation build their football skills, all while showing them what it means to be part of the Panther family.

It was HOT ☀️, but that didn’t slow this crew down! There were plenty of reps, plenty of smiles, and thankfully… plenty of popsicles. 😎🧊

Students in grades 7–8 are invited to join the team and get ready for an exciting season!
