UPK Registration Now Open!
The Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) program is now accepting registrations for the upcoming school year! This state-funded program is available for children who will be 4 years old by December 1st of the year they start UPK, or who are eligible to enter kindergarten the following year.
The UPK program is a collaborative effort between the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District and Our Children’s Place Learning Center, and best of all—there is no cost to families for enrollment!
Program Details:
Full-day (9 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.) and half-day options (9-11:30 a.m. or 12:45-3:15 p.m.)
Transportation may be available in certain cases
To complete registration, families will need to provide:
A copy of the child’s birth certificate
Proof of residency
A current physical and immunization records
To pre-register your child, visit the Midlakes.org website and select the New Student Registration tab.
