Here's a mudroom from this fall! Removed the wall from where the first picture was taken from. Ran all new plumbing supply and drains to sink and washer/dryer hookups!! All new slim recessed lights! Cabinets from RTA Cabinet Store supplemented by custom built lockers and and Cabinet end next to dryer! Brand new window (there wasn't one there before) above the drop down folding area!

Here's a bathroom from this fall! It was a full gut job, down to the studs and subfloor. New plumbing, lighting, and drywall. Custom tile work throughout!!

Remember this one from last fall? We got back to it this year and finished up the rest of our work. New staircase, stainless steel cable railing through, new siding and windows, new bamboo flooring, new insulation, electrical and plumbing throughout. Drywall entire first floor, plywood for the loft walls and ceiling. Tiled bathroom floor and shower (ran out of pictures, see next post) Customer will be painting the walls and the trim, we only put primer on. Customer will also be assembling their own kitchen. Stay tuned for final pictures!

Kitchen face-lift from beginning to end!! Client wanted to get of the peninsula and create an island. We recycled many cabinets (at the clients request), and the clients had them painted. About half of the cabinets are new, including the entire island and the cabinets in the nook.
See the plumbing and wiring above the cabinets in the first couple pictures? That's what is sometimes being hidden in soffit. This time we were able to reroute it all, but that's not alway the case. Always have your contractor check before they commit to ripping out the soffit. We used a couple of well placed, patchable holes and a camera to find out.
All new lighting in the ceiling and under the cabinets, as well as a subway tile backsplash and a herringbone pattern above the stove.

Ready for hanging out! Shiplap is in and some is left unfinished for a rougher look. Surround sound system is installed, feels like your in the action! Bathroom complete with custom made vanity. Custom barn doors maximize the space while giving access to additional storage!!

Some more progress pics! At this point the entire sound system was complete and the flooring is installed and protected. The shiplap was almost done. Ready for trim, doors, and fixtures!

Shots after the drywall was taped and mudded, multiple coats. The remaining unfinished walls will be getting the shiplap. A mini-split unit tucked into the ceiling will provide both heat and AC. Thanks

So much Maple plywood, 1x and crown finally stained and polyurethaned! Ready to create some beautiful trim work. The 5/4 Red Oak counters with a bar rail are also stained and polyurethaned and ready to install. PS, a sink will go where that knot is.
