He promises to handle what you cannot...if you allow Him to do so. And, He will empower you to do your part.

Reset! It is time to recognize the need to start over. Wipe the slate clean and begin again by getting your priorities in order and doing what is important for this season. Everything of the past has brought you to this point in your life. Take stock of what you want to take with you into the next phase of your existence and what you want to leave behind, and then do it. Be brave and RESOLUTE. Isaiah 50:7 For the Lord God will help me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed.

I celebrate the new year in the fall not in January like everyone else. So I just reset my whole focus on the priorities needed for my next season.

I realize that to be successful this will require a new level of discipline. My new WOTY? TENACITY

SELF-CARE SATURDAY
HOW DO YOU DEEP DIVE INTO SELF-CARE ?

The world has us so conditioned that we are living life BASS-ACKWARDS (yeah, I said, what I'm saying)

We don't slow down until we have no choice (sickness/injury)/mental breakdown). 🤕

We think a little bath here and a pedicure there is self-care, but true self-care goes so much deeper than minor pampering 💅

But God knew the power of Sabbath Rest and He instructed (or commanded} it for good reason, believe or not... 🛑

SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH. It's necessary to keep us at our optimal best.

I think we've been conditioned to look at looking at ourselves (in general as vanity or conceit) but I say balance in ALL things.

We cannot pour from an empty cup. If we don't put our oxygen mask on first, we cannot help anyone else. I do it for myself and for others in my sphere of influence so that I am giving them my best and not the last dregs of my energy in poor ex*****on.

I invite you to rethink self-care and grant yourself the gift of time to heal and recharge ⏳ ⚡️

You've got to encourage yourself, lest you forget what has already been declared about your life.

The promises of God are yes, and amen.

Stand in agreement with what He says about your life. He has already given you access to your best life. It's on you to do what it takes to create and live your best life now, not one day when....

🔥God gives me the favor I need and withholds no good thing.
🔥I stop fretting because God places treasure at my disposal.
🔥God rescues, rewards and repays me from my opposition.
🔥God's plan for me is perfect and His word is tested in my trials.

Our steps are ordered but we must walk them out.

When the hard moments of life come we may question everything -- our identity, our purpose, our truths, the world as we know it.

Go to your values -- the foundational essentials and standards that make your life make sense.

Feeling some pressure? Take the pressure off by checking inward and asking yourself, "Baby Girl, what do you need right now?
