We had a great time at the Summer Solstice event! I was able to co-teach with my co-worker, the support of our studio lead was beyond amazing, and we even had some other instructors join us on the mat!

Its official! I am now a 500 RYT!
(Registered Yoga Teacher)
9 months of learning, 44 class sessions, 15 info packed weekends, 6 incredible instructors, countless sessions of meditation, and a few moments of tears.
I walked this journey with 13 other beautiful souls, and would not change a single thing!
