Tri‑C’s Summer Theatre Workshop is a two‑week intensive for students in grades 9–12 who want to build confidence, strengthen acting skills, and collaborate with fellow creatives. Whether you’re new to the stage or already performing, this hands‑on workshop helps you grow your craft and shine even brighter.
Train with theater professionals, explore your imagination, and rehearse a fully staged one‑act play to be performed for family and friends on Friday, July 31 at 7:30 p.m.

Celebrating creativity at Tri-C!
Our students’ submissions to this year’s League for Innovation in the Community College Student Art Competition were stronger than ever. Twenty-one outstanding pieces were thoughtfully reviewed by 18 of our Art and VC&D faculty — and we’re thrilled to announce that five artworks have been selected to represent Tri-C at the national competition.

AI Success Stories: Practical AI From Our Community

Hosted in collaboration with PMI Northeast Ohio and Cleveland AI and Data, this event highlights how people in UX, project management, engineering, data, marketing, education, and more are applying AI in their day‑to‑day work.

On Nov. 14 students in Tri-C’s Jazz Studies program attended a master class presented by Grammy-winning bassist Endea Owens. Owens shared insights on improvisation and the art of the rhythm section, giving students tools they can use now to elevate their playing.
Career-building experiences like this are a key part of what makes Tri-C’s Jazz Studies program so powerful — connecting students with leading artists who help shape their musical futures.

Young Steinway Artist Elliot Wuu will be featured on the opening concert of 2025-26 Classical Piano Series on Sunday, Nov. 16 at 2 p.m. at Tri-C’s Metropolitan Auditorium.
