Asian themed dolls created from recycled paper or corn husk. Examples of what you can create from my classes which will start soon. Typical sizes 8-10 inches in height

CORN HUSK DOLLS are delightful to create and your imagination can bring to life whatever you desire. Making corn husk dolls has been a favorite tradition of many cultures, beginning with Native Americans who decorated them elaborately. Corn husks are durable fiber -yet, is wasted in tons each year, so recycling and re-using corn husk reduces consumable waste to landfills. The workshops will provide instruction on making colorful and unique dolls to display and showcase. Approximate sizes 5-10 inches. East and west side locations - ages teen to adult.

PAPER ART DOLLS is one of the class workshops beginning this Spring. Using recycled magazines, newspaper, paper bags, tissue paper, and doilies, you will learn how to create spectacular art dolls (approximate sizes 8-12 inches) EAST AND WEST SIDE LOCATIONS — ages teen to adult. Beginner and advanced classes are also available.
