It seems like everywhere I go I am shocked by the prices of everything. It is getting harder to create a reasonable budget when the price of everything continues to increase. These increases are not our fault and are unsustainable for most of us. We need to demand that our leaders do their job jobs and fix this!

There are so many benefits to reading to young children. It can help improve their vocabulary, emotional health, reduce stress and aggression. Reading daily enhances children’s empathy and their imagination.

I have a huge collection of children’s books from over a decade of teaching.

Of course you don’t need this many books, even a small basket of books you borrow from the the library is amazing. Some libraries even have their own bookstore with books as low as 25€.

Many neighborhoods have free book libraries. Garage sales, Facebook market place, and thrift stores are great places to find affordable books as well.

My daughter’s current favorite book series is Elephant and Piggy. I also stated reading her first chapter book to her, Stewart Little. We are only on chapter 3 but so far she seems to be loving it 💕📖📚
