Looking back at an important milestone for iSPACE.

In 2024, Andre Bryan, Managing Partner of Bridgeport Group LLC and the iSPACE project, received recognition through the Equitable Development Initiative from Cleveland Development Advisors and Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, securing a $50,000 award to help move the project forward.

This achievement represented a meaningful investment in a vision focused on innovation, opportunity, and equitable development.

What a fantastic experience speaking at the Cleveland Clinic Supplier Accelerator Annual Alumni Event.

The highlight wasn't simply sharing our business journey. It was connecting with entrepreneurs who are navigating many of the same challenges we faced while growing our companies.

The room was filled with business owners committed to building stronger organizations, creating jobs, and generating impact within our communities.

The discussions continued long after the formal program ended, leading to new connections, exchanged business cards, and conversations about future partnerships.

Why is Ohio quietly becoming one of the most important states in national supply chain resilience?

When people think about supply chain resilience, they often think overseas diversification. But some of the most important resilience-building is happening right here at home and Ohio is a prime example.

Great Lakes access through ports like Cleveland and Toledo links the Midwest's industrial core to global shipping via the St. Lawrence Seaway.
Ohio's manufacturing base remains one of the strongest in the country, spanning automotive, aerospace, and advanced materials.
A dense logistics network of interstates, rail, and inland ports makes the state one of the most connected freight hubs in North America.

As supply chains get rebuilt for resilience, states like Ohio show that strengthening domestic manufacturing and inland logistics hubs is just as critical as diversifying overseas.
