We recognized Liz Gunter and Charley McCartney at WV Senior Night for their contribution to our club. They have both been members for four years and attended state convention for four years. They have both completed beyond the required service hours each year as well. They each received a $300 scholarship.

Hannah Jo Wiles, a senior Beta Club member, recently delivered donations of diapers, baby wipes, and gift cards that the club had collected to New Hope Pregnancy Center. This is an annual spring service project for the WV Beta Club.

The Walker Valley Beta Club recently partnered with Longhorn Steakhouse and the North Lee Elementary Beta Club to collect donations for Cleveland area pet rescue and foster families. Walker Valley Beta Club members donated $235 of gift cards to Petco, Walmart, and Target along with pet food and toys. (Fox Schwark, representative of Longhorn, is a WV Beta alumnus.)

2023 TN Beta Convention was a success!

This week we received the RED SHEILD AWARD for our participation this year. We raised over $6,000 for the Salvation Army.

Beta Club and National Honor Society teamed up to collect Florida Hurricane Relief Items. We donated everything in this picture!
