There’s still time to secure your spot for the 54th Annual Mississippi Literacy Association Conference (in conjunction with the Elementary and Reading Division of the Mississippi Department of Education). Together, we’re “Making a Splash with Literacy!”

The Mississippi Literacy Association, in collaboration with MDE's Office of Curriculum and Instruction, Division of Literacy, invites you to attend the 54th Annual Mississippi Literacy Association Conference: Making a Splash with Literacy set for Dec. 3-5 at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi.

The event will focus on strengthening literacy instruction for students in K-8 grades.
Sessions will highlight early literacy for K-3 grades, adolescent literacy for grades 4-8, and additional topics related to teaching and learning, including support for English language learners, multi-tiered systems of support, classroom management, and special education.

This conference is ideal for classroom teachers, academic coaches, and instructional leaders.
