That gap has bothered us for a while.

We've seen incredible educators and support staff expected to navigate simple to complex behavior... with limited access to practical, behavior-focused training.

There’s plenty of professional development out there.
But behavior support deserves more than a generic checklist.

It deserves an understanding of why behavior happens, how our environments influence it, and how to respond intentionally.

That’s why we're excited to officially introduce Scho Academy™ 🎉
A growing library of self-paced learning designed to make behavior science practical, applicable, and useful in the real world.

We’re launching with three courses:

This FREE, in-person workshop is designed to help educators and school leaders understand the behavior science behind strong school cultures.
