The anti-bullying spirit week for Whitney M. Young has been successful thus far! Today was be a 'HERO" against bullying! The kids and teachers loved my Wonder Woman outfit! Soooo.....many..... hugs! Lol! Another adventurous day of being a principal!

Congratulations to our Whitney M. Young Warrior Golden Cheerleaders! The took first place in the Citywide CMSD Cheerleading Competition! They were small in number, with only 4 ladies, but they were big in heart, confidence, precision, and spirit! Thank you to the hardwork and dedication of Coach Morgan and Coach Fuller! We have another trophy for our case! Let's gooooooo Warriors! We are the Champions!!! 🏆🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛

Congratulations again to our Whitney M. Young Warrior basketball team for winning their season game opener against Stephanie T. Jones. The players worked together, hustled on the court, and showed tremendous heart & sportsmanship! We are so proud! Letsssss gooooo! "We are the Warriors!" 💛🖤💛🖤

Whitney M. Young Hall-O-Halloween! Our middle school scholars helped transform their hallway into a spooky, haunted, scary halls so that all of our little scholars could trick or treat! Happy Halloween! 🎃🎃🎃
