Shout out to our amazing custodial and maintenance teams, as well as all who worked tirelessly this summer to get our school ready for opening day. One of the big projects this summer was the installation of new lockers in the Junior High wing. We can't wait for you to see them in person! ❤️

Timeline is below. 👇

⏰1 to 3 p.m. Supply Drop-Off / Meet the Teacher
The north, main and south doors will be open for families to enter during this time. Parents and students will visit classrooms to meet their teachers and drop off school supplies. Junior High students will be picking up Chromebooks in the Makerspace.

Preschool and Pre-K classrooms are still being set up. Preschool and Pre-K families will drop off their supplies at designated tables in the gym.

The following tables will be available in the gym:
➡Car Tag & Yearbook Pick-Up
➡Health Forms & Questions
➡Buddy Family Table for new K–8 families only
➡Apparel Pick-Up (Junior High Students)
➡PTU Table & Committee Sign Ups
➡Preschool and Pre-K Supply Drop-Off

⏰At 2 p.m. is New Family Welcome / Buddy Families.
New K–8 families will meet in the gym where they will meet their assigned Buddy Families.

Buddy Families will:
➡Welcome new parents and students
➡Provide a school tour, if needed
➡Escort families to their classrooms
➡Help students drop off their school supplies
➡Assist families with locating the appropriate tables in the gym
➡Answer general questions about Holy Trinity

⏰At 3 p.m. is our Kindergarten Playdate on the playground.

Also, please consider donating beverages or snacks to stock the teachers' lounge as our amazing HTS staff organize their classrooms and prepare for a new school year!

Please drop off items at Supply Drop Off on Sunday, August 16. There will be a table in the HTS gym for donations.

Channeling our inner child!
Our Avon Catholic Community staff took a wild break from the everyday for a fun-filled day at the zoo Aug. 12 for our annual staff retreat before school starts. From animal encounters🦒 🐘 to plenty of laughs, it was a wonderful day to reconnect, recharge, pray, and enjoy the joy of simply being together! 🙏 ❤️
